Inspection and acceptance
1. When accepting the reactor, the user should check the outer packaging. If any damage or abnormality is found, the user should take a photo for evidence immediately, and immediately open the box for inspection to check whether the reactor is damaged, whether the product parts are damaged or displaced, tightly Whether the firmware is loose, whether the insulation is damaged, whether there are traces of dirt on the surface of the coil, etc.
2. The user should check it in time after receiving the reactor. According to the packing list and nameplate, check whether the product and its model, rated current, rated voltage, rated frequency, rated reactance rate, rated inductance value, number of phases, etc. are consistent with the order contract. Check whether the factory documents are complete and whether the accessories are consistent with the packing list.
3. Check whether the reactor is damaged during transportation, whether the product parts are damaged and displaced, whether the fasteners are loose, whether the insulation is damaged, whether there are traces of dirt on the surface of the coil, etc.
4. After the product is unpacked and checked, if it is not put into operation immediately, it should be repackaged and placed in a safe place indoors to prevent damage and theft.
Maintenance
1. In a dry and clean place, check once a year, in other places with serious pollution, check once every three or six months.
2. During the inspection, if too much dust is found to accumulate, it must be removed to ensure air circulation and prevent insulation breakdown. Use compressed air to remove dust from the ventilation duct.
3. Check whether the fasteners and connectors are loose, whether there are traces of rust and corrosion on the conductive parts and other parts, and observe whether there are traces of creep-age on the insulating surface.
4. There must be measures to prevent small animals from entering the reactor room to avoid accidents.
5. Always observe the temperature change of the reactor, and contact relevant personnel for consultation in time.
6. The installation, test, operation and maintenance of the reactor must be undertaken by qualified professionals.
